Ingredients to make Palak Samosa with Paneer Filling

  • 1 cup maida
  • 2 tablespoon ghee
  • 1/2 cup blanch and pureed spinach
  • carrom seeds
  • 1 teaspoon ginger chilli paste
  • salt
  • 1 cup crumbled paneer
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup boiled peas
  • cashews
  • raisins
  • oil for frying
  • salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon haldi
  • 1 teaspoon amchoor
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

How to make Palak Samosa with Paneer Filling

  1. First make a dough by mixing all ingredents.
  2. Cover the dough and keep aside.
  3. Take oil in pan and add jeera.
  4. When it splutter add onions.
  5. Saute and add paneer and peas.
  6. Add all the spices.
  7. Let it cool.
  8. Then roll out dough in oblong shapes.
  9. Cut from middle and make a cone.
  10. Fill mixture and make all samosas.
  11. Serve with chutney or sauce.
