ABOUT Palak Samosa with Paneer Filling RECIPE

These mini samosas are kids favourite. These are very healthy because lot of vegetables are stuffed.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup maida
  2. 2 tablespoon ghee
  3. 1/2 cup blanch and pureed spinach
  4. carrom seeds
  5. 1 teaspoon ginger chilli paste
  6. salt
  7. 1 cup crumbled paneer
  8. 1/2 cup onion
  9. coriander leaves
  10. 1/4 cup boiled peas
  11. cashews
  12. raisins
  13. oil for frying
  14. salt
  15. 1/2 teaspoon haldi
  16. 1 teaspoon amchoor
  17. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

Instructions

  1. First make a dough by mixing all ingredents.
  2. Cover the dough and keep aside.
  3. Take oil in pan and add jeera.
  4. When it splutter add onions.
  5. Saute and add paneer and peas.
  6. Add all the spices.
  7. Let it cool.
  8. Then roll out dough in oblong shapes.
  9. Cut from middle and make a cone.
  10. Fill mixture and make all samosas.
  11. Serve with chutney or sauce.
