Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For balls stuffing:
  2. 2 tablespoons dessicated coconut
  3. 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
  4. 2 tablespoon tutti fruity
  5. 2 tablespoon roasted and chopped cashew
  6. 2 tablespoon roasted and chopped almonds
  7. 1 tablespoon raisins
  8. 1 tablespoon gulukand
  9. 1 tablespoon paan masala
  10. 2 tablespoon roasted khoya
  11. 1 tablespoon rose syrup
  12. For outer layer:
  13. 4 sweet bread slices
  14. 1/2 cup milk
  15. 1/2 teaspoon green liquid food colour
  16. Other ingredients:
  17. 1 cup paan flavor ice cream
  18. 1 cup vannila ice cream
  19. 1/2 cup vanilla cake crumbs
  20. 2 tablespoon paan syrup
  21. 4 cherry for garnishing


  1. Combine the stuffing ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide this stuffing in to bowl and keep 1 bowl aside for serving.
  3. Now in another bowl add milk and colour, mix well.
  4. Now dip bread slice into milk and squeeze it.
  5. Fill 1 tablespoon of stuffing mixture in center of the bread and make a ball.
  6. Prepare all balls in same way.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.
  8. Balls are ready.
  9. Now put paan ice cream in a mixer and blend till smooth.
  10. In a glass add 1 tablespoon stuffing of paan masala which we have kept aside.
  11. Now add 2 tablespoon of cake crumbs.
  12. Pour 4 tablespoon liquid paan ice cream on the cake crumbs.
  13. Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream.
  14. Now pour 1/2 tbs paan syrup.
  15. On the top set a ball.
  16. Garnish it with cherry.
  17. Pour equal quantities in to 4 glasses and serve chilled.
  18. Your stuffed mughlai paan bahar is ready to serve. Enjoy.
