Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread slice 16
  2. Boiled noodles 3/4 cup
  3. Carrot peel and finely chopped 1 small
  4. Sweet corn kernels boiled 1/3 cup
  5. Green bell pepper chopped finely 1/2 tablespoon
  6. Red bell pepper chopped finely 1/2 tablespoon
  7. Yellow bell pepper chopped finely 1/2 tablespoon
  8. Onion Finely Chopped 1 small
  9. Boiled potato 1 large
  10. For white sauce:
  11. Butter 1 tablespoon
  12. Maida 1 tablespoon
  13. Milk boiled and cooled 1 glass
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Pepper powder 2 teaspoon or as per required

Instructions

  1. Take a pan melt butter in it and then add maida, stir it for a while.
  2. Now add milk in the pan with continuous stirring to avoid lumps.
  3. Now add salt and pepper powder.
  4. Then add noodle, bellpeppers, onion, carrot, onion, potato, corn and mix properly, stuffing is ready.
  5. Stuffing should be dry.
  6. Now take two bread slices dip them in water and drain extra water by pressing them.
  7. Then apply stuffing (do stuffing according to the bread slice)roll the slices properly and cover all the edges.
  8. Now deep fry kachories in medium hot oil.
  9. Serve it with tomato ketchup.
