About Chicken Quiche Recipe

One of my favourite dishes to prepare from last night's left over chicken. This easy to prepare dish is hearty and great for brunch with girls.

Chicken Quiche

Ingredients to make Chicken Quiche

  • 1 cup chicken cooked
  • 1 9' (inch) Pie shell
  • 1 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 3/4 cup Mayonaise
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • salt to taste

How to make Chicken Quiche

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees C.
  2. Spread the 1/4 cup of cheese at the bottom of the pie shell.
  3. In a bowl mix egg, mayonnaise, milk, salt and pepper and set aside.
  4. In another bowl, take chicken , spinach , onion and the remaining cheese. Mix well.
  5. Spread the chicken mixture in the shell.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the chicken spinach mixture and bake for 30-40 mins.
  7. Serve after 15 minutes.

My Tip:

You can use corn, mushroom or brocolli or all of them instead of spinach or leave out the veggies and make Chicken Quiche.
