Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Milk(full cream) ...1.5 litre
  2. Sugar.. one small bowl
  3. Cardamom pwd..half tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, pour milk in it and bring it to boil on high flame.
  2. Keep stirring the milk on medium flame till it thickens.
  3. Now a layer of malai comes on milk collect malai on sides of pan in every two minutes.
  4. It will become a very thick layer of malai.
  5. Milk is reduced up to 3/4 of it.
  6. Add sugar and cardamom powder, boil for another five minutes.
  7. Now switch off the flame, let it rest till it cools.
  8. Now remove malai from side and add to remaining milk.
  9. So our traditional khurchan rabri recipe is ready.
  10. Enjoy chilled.
