ABOUT Paneer khurchan RECIPE

Its a paneer recipe with capsicum in which i added normal spices which are commonly found in our kitchen, super delicious. I make it on special occasion.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer - 250 GM (cuts in cubes)
  2. capsicum -2 medium roughly chopped,
  3. onions - 3-4 roughly chopped,
  4. 3-4 tomatoes roughly chopped,
  5. garlic - 8-10 cloves roughly chopped,
  6. green chillies- 2 chopped,
  7. coriander leaves for garnishing
  8. Dry spices : 2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1 tsp turmeric powder,
  10. 1 tsp kasoori methi powder,
  11. 2 tsp coriander powder,
  12. black pepper powder - 1 tsp.
  13. Oil

Instructions

  1. Add oil in kadhai or pan, put onions saute until light pink, add capsicum Nd garlic, saute for 2 minutes, now time to add chopped tomatoes, turn gas on sim for atleast 5 with lid.
  2. Turn gas off Nd grind all the sauteed masala into paste.
  3. In same pan or kadhai put pureed masala and dry spices one by one and little bit of water to mix all ingredients well on high heat until oil leaves side.
  4. Add Paneer cubes saute for a minute, garnish with coriander leaves
