ABOUT Poha/Chiwda Payasam RECIPE

Chiwda or poha payasam is one heirloom recipe of my great grandmother which is followed since three generations. Its a tradition to prepare this kheer or payasam on the auspicious occasion of Sharad Purnima and keep under the moonlight. Next morning it is offered to God and consumed chilled as prasad.
