Almond Bisticks

Ingredients to make Almond Bisticks

  • 3/4 cup wheat flour.
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour.
  • 1/2 cup butter.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
  • 1/4 teaspoon of almond extract
  • 3 tablespoon chopped almonds.
  • 2 tablespoon milk powder.

How to make Almond Bisticks

  1. In a  bowl crumble butter, almond extract and add in powdered sugar and mix it till its blended well.
  2. Now add in wheat, all purpose flour, milk powder and bring it together to form a dough.
  3. Once the dough is formed cling wrap it and leave in refrigerator for 1 hour or so.
  4. After 1 hour roll each portion into sure shape and then cut them in sticks and sprinkle silvered almonds from top.
  5. Bake then in preheated oven for 170 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
