Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Egg - 1
  2. Wheat flour - 1 tbsp
  3. Salt - 1/3 tsp
  4. Cut vegetables ( tomato, onion and capsicum) - 3 tbsp
  5. Grated mozzarella cheese -2 tbsp
  6. Ghee - 1 tsp
  7. Tomato sauce - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix egg wheat flour and salt to a thick batter
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and pour the mixture
  3. When one side is done flip the pan cake
  4. Apply tomato sauce and add the vegetables and mozzarella cheese to one side
  5. Fold the pancake
  6. Cover the pan and cook for 3-4 mins
  7. When it is done cut into triangles and serve
