Chicken Triangles

Ingredients to make Chicken Triangles

  • Bread slices - 4
  • Boneless chicken - 100 gm
  • Chopped onion - 1
  • Chopped green chillies - 1
  • Chopped garlic and ginger - 1 tsp
  • Chopped capsicum/bell peppers - 1 tbsp
  • Chopped beans and carrots - 2 tbsp
  • Oregano - 1 tsp
  • Basil - 1 tsp
  • chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  • Refined oil as required
  • 1/2 cup of Grated cheese

How to make Chicken Triangles

  1. Heat some oil in a pan, add the chopped garlic, ginger and chillies.
  2. Once they spread their aroma, add the chopped onions till they turn translucent. Then add the chicken pieces and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Next, add the chopped veggies, spices and salt. Cook till its done, then set it aside to cool.
  4. Now take a bread slice, cut the edges off. Flatten it using a rolling pin. Put in some of the chicken mixture along with some grated cheese.
  5. Wet the sides using water and seal it my bringing one corner of to the another. Deep fry them in hot oil.
  6. Serve it hot alongside ketchup.
