Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Soaked sangri 100 gm
  2. Ker 50 gms
  3. Kamalgatte 10 pcs
  4. Oil 6 tbsp
  5. Dry red chilli 2
  6. Mango powder 1 tbsp
  7. cashew 15
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  10. Turmeric 1 tbsp
  11. Corriander powder 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan add oil 5tbsp
  2. Add pinch of hing
  3. Add soaked sangri
  4. Put ker into pressure cooker for 1 whistle
  5. Add dry spices in pan
  6. Stir it then add ker
  7. Add cashew
