Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Samolina - 1 cup
  2. Milk - 1/2 cup
  3. Curd - 3 tbsp
  4. Sugar - 1/2 cup
  5. Oil - 1/4 cup
  6. Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
  8. Almonds and blueberrie - 5 tbsp
  9. Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 150°C for 10 mins. Place the paper cups in muffin tin.
  2. In a bowl add the curd and baking soda and mix well till smooth. Keep aside.
  3. Heat the milk but do not bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add sugar and suji, stir and mix well. Let it stand for 10 mins.
  4. Add the curd, baking powder and oil to the suji milk mixture and fold them gently and incorporate them well.
  5. Dust the almonds and blueberries with 1 tsp of flour. Add them to the mixture and fold gently.
  6. Add 2 tbsp batter in every paper cups. Garnish with almonds and blueberries.
  7. Bake for 10 mins. A tooth pick inserted should come out clean.
  8. Remove from oven and let it stand for cool down.
