Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 litre milk
  2. Kesar few sprigs
  3. Pista 2tbsp
  4. Almond 2tbsp
  5. Green and orange food colour
  6. Almond essence
  7. Milk powder 3tbsp
  8. Cream 3 cup
  9. Sugar 10 tbsp


  1. First we will make base icecream
  2. Take 3 tbsp milk in bowl and add milk powder in it
  3. Then heat remaining milk in pan
  4. Add sugar and milk powder mix
  5. Devide it in three parts
  6. In one part add kesar
  7. In second part add pista powder
  8. And add almond powder in third one
  9. Add almond essence also
  10. Keep in freezer for set
  11. When they set blend all of them along with cream
  12. Now three ice creams are ready
  13. Take a container and line with plastic paper
  14. Pour pista ice cream in it and set in freezer for 30 min
  15. Then pour gently almond ice cream over it and again set
  16. Lastly pour kesar ice cream and keep it in freeze for 4 to 5 hours
  17. When set invert it in plate and remove plastic sheet
  18. Garnish with some nut powder on top and serve
