Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Soaked falooda seeds 1cup
  2. ripen mangoes 2
  3. Milk 1/2lt
  4. 5-6 spoons of cold milk
  5. sugar
  6. Custered powder 4spoons
  7. dryfruits
  8. Honey ( optional)


  1. Firstly, in a thick bottomed pan add milk and let it boil.
  2. Meanwhile take de cold milk and add 3-4 spoons of custard powder and make paste.
  3. Make sure that no lumps are formed while making paste
  4. Now, to de boiled milk add de paste and stir in continuesly.
  5. Add sugar as per ur taste.
  6. When it comes to semi solid state take it off from de flame and let it set and cool
  7. After cooling keep it in the freezer
  8. Soak the basil seeds or falooda seeds for 30-60 min
  9. Mean while cut mango into small pieces, cashews and badam into small pieces
  10. After the custard is chilled it's time for plating.
  11. Take a long narrow glass first add soaked basil seeds.
  12. Add 1spoon honey and mix it.
  13. Now add custard cream on basil seeds. Don't mix
  14. On the top add some dryfruits.
  15. Now add mango pieces on the top and again finally some nuts
