Ingredients to make Cold cocoa

  • Milk 1/2 ltr
  • Coco powder 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla custard 2 tbsp or (you can also use cornflour)
  • sugar 5 to 6 tbsp
  • Chocolate essence few drops
  • Chocolate chips for garnishing

How to make Cold cocoa

  1. Take milk in a pot add sugar in it. Put it on fire n boil it.
  2. Take vanilla custard powder and coco powder in a bowl, add some chilled milk in it, dissolve it well. Now add this mixture in boiling milk and stir it well.
  3. Keep stirring otherwise it will form lumps. Now this milk will become little thick, switch off the flame.
  4. Add few drops of chocolate essence, stir well and let it cool.
  5. Now add this coco mixture in grinder, add some ice cubes in it and grind well.
  6. It's ready to surve. You can sprinkle sum chocolate chips and surve it chilled.
  7. Note: you can also use corn flour instead of vanilla custard powder.
