Mango Curd Cake

Ingredients to make Mango Curd Cake

  • Biscuit 1 pack (Not cream biscuits)
  • butter ¼ cup
  • Powdered sugar 2 tbsp
  • Spring form pan
  • mango puree 1 cup
  • MIlk 2 cup
  • Fresh cream 1 pack
  • sugar 1 cup
  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • China grass powder 1 Tbsp (10gm)

How to make Mango Curd Cake

  1. Crush pack of biscuits in a food processor or mixer and make a fine powder, then add room temperature butter and powdered sugar mix well.
  2. Place this mixture at the base of a spring form pan or loose bottom pan and put it in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. In a sauce pan take milk, fresh cream, sugar and china grass powder together, boil for 5 minutes. When it starts to bubbling turnoff flame and allow it to cool.
  4. Once mixture completely cool down add hung curd and mango puree combine well.
  5. Now pour this mixture to spring form pan over the biscuit layer, on top put 3 to 4 table spoon of fresh mango puree, mix it with using fork and refrigerate for 6 to 8 hours.
  6. Serve chill.
