Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Over boiled rice 2cup
  2. Mango pulp 1/2cup
  3. Curd 5tbs
  4. Honey 2tbs
  5. Mango chopped 2tbs
  6. For tempering
  7. One whole red chilli
  8. Mustard seed 1tsp
  9. Curry leaves 8-10
  10. Ghee 2tsp

Instructions

  1. Method
  2. Mix Boiled rice,mango pulp,honey,half chopped mango and curd all together.
  3. Put chopped mango pieces inside a bowl pour curd rice into that bowl .
  4. Put this bowl into the freezer for 15 minutes.
  5. After it put a plate on the curd rice bowl and reverse it into the plate.
  6. For Tampering
  7. Heat ghee in a tadka pan.fry red chilli.
  8. Add Curry leaves, mustard seeds. When it start sputtering then it's done.off the flame .
  9. Pour this tadka into the curd rice. Enjoy chilled curd in this summer weather.
