ABOUT Jaggery Makhana pops RECIPE

Kids don't want to eat nutritus things like makhana , jaggery etc. But its very healthy and nutritus for growing kids so present these things in attractive way. Your kids diffinetly eat.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Makhane - 50 gm
  2. Jaggery - 100 gm
  3. Vanilla essence - few drops
  4. Dasi ghee - 2 tsp
  5. Coloured Sugar balls - 1/2 bowl

Instructions

  1. Put 1 tsp dasi ghee in a kadhai
  2. Add makhane and roast.
  3. Put jaggery and 1/2 cup water in a pan and melt the jaggery. Add 1 tsp dasi ghee and vanilla essence.
  4. Add makhane in the melted jaggery with spoon. coat the makhane with Melted jaggery .
  5. Place the Sugar balls in a plate .
  6. Coat the jaggery coated makhane with colored sugar balls. Let it cool.. Your kids definitely like it.
