It's regular singhara pakodi but I give a twist with makhana and peanut and presentation look like a pop

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Singhra flour-1cup
  2. Mash potatoes-1/2cup
  3. Griend makhana-2tabs
  4. Griend Peanut-2tabs
  5. Sendha salt-as taste
  6. Green chili-2,3chopped
  7. Jeera -1teas
  8. Water-1cup
  9. Refined-for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl mix all ingredients in a bowl .
  2. Make a thick batter with the help of water.
  3. Take a deep pan add oil in it heat on high flame on the gas .
  4. When the oil is heated then low down the flame.
  5. Make small -small ball with batter and add in to the heated oil.
  6. Fry it for 5 min when it take a nice golden colour and put it out from the pan.
  7. Put on napkins soak extra oil and serve with fresh tomatoes sauce or coreinder chatni.
  8. And decorate it with your imagination.
