Home made shawarma tastelike cake

Ingredients Serving: 8

Egg 1.5 cup
Sunflower oil 1cup
Garlic 6 cloves
Salt
Pepper 1teaspoon
Maida 2cups
Vinegar 1tspoon
Cucumber 1 small
Cabbage half of a small
Carrot 1
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Chilli 2
Capsicum small
Coriander leaves
Shredded chicken 2 cups (cook the chicken using salt and pepper)

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients from 1 to 7 in a blender for 5 minutes..this is the base batter
Dice all vegatables Add salt and pepper to this mixture Add shredded chicken Mix this well
Remove the washer from cooker Pour some oil..and transfer half of the batter to cooker
Make a thick layer of veg chicken mixture on this Pour the remaining batter on the top Cook on low flame for 5 to 8 minutes
Garnish with coriander leaves and carrot
