ABOUT Tangy tomato and cheese shots RECIPE

This is very easy, crispy and tempting party starter! Kids would really love these crispy nachos chips with delicious tangy and cheesy dip!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 tbsp Butter
  2. 1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
  3. 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  4. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  5. 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1 tsp Oregano
  8. Grated cheese and coriander leaves to garnish
  9. Nachos chips to serve with
  10. To make Nachos chips:
  11. 2 cup maize flour
  12. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  13. 1 tsp carom seeds
  14. 1 tsp Salt
  15. 1 tbsp oil
  16. Water
  17. Oil for Deep frying

Instructions

  1. How to make Nachos chips:
  2. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients of the dough, add water and make tight dough.
  3. Roll it out using rolling pin and cut into triangles.
  4. Deep fry them and keep aside.
  5. How to proceed:
  6. In a medium sized nonstick pan, add butter and capsicum with some salt and saute for 2 mins.
  7. Now add tomatoes and corn kennels and mix it well.
  8. Add shredded cabbage and other ingredients and mix it well.
  9. Serve the mixture into shot glasses, garnishing with grated cheese and coriander leaves.
  10. Serve hot with Nachos chips!
