Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. All purpose flour- 1 n1/2cup
  2. Powdered Sugar-3/4cup
  3. Oil-1/2cup
  4. Mango pulp-3/4cup
  5. Curd-3/4cup
  6. Walnut-3tbsp
  7. Salt-apinch
  8. Baking powder-1 1/2 tsp
  9. baking soda-1/2 tsp


  1. Add oil to the powdered sugar.
  2. Add mango pulp and curd to it. Blend well.
  3. Mix together flour ,baking powder, baking soda and salt. Sieve 2 times.
  4. Mix the dry and wet ingredients by cut and fold method.
  5. Add walnut to it.
  6. Line a muffins tray.
  7. Put one scoop in each cup.
  8. Bake in a pre heated oven at 180 degree for 20 minutes.
  9. Let it be Cool on a rack before serving.
