Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. All purpose flour 1 cup
  2. Sugar 4 tsp
  3. Ripe banana 1 piece
  4. Baking powder 1 tsp
  5. Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  6. Vegetable oil 4 tsp
  7. Milk 1 cup
  8. Crushed walnuts 4 tsp


  1. Sieve the all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and sugar together in a bowl.
  2. Then add in the mashed banana, walnuts, oil and cold milk. Mix it well together. (Note to mix the batter slowly and not very fast.)
  3. Preheat the microwave at 180 degrees.
  4. Pour the batter into silicon moulds. Bake them for 25-30 minutes or till they turn golden in colour.
  5. Serve them warm.
