Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boil kabuli chana [chick peas] - 1 cup
  2. Grated coconut 1/4 cup
  3. Grated raw mango 1/4 bowl
  4. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  5. curry leaves - 10
  6. Hing [asafoetida] one pinch
  7. Oil one spoon
  8. Salt as taste
  9. Dry red chillies - 2
  10. Urad daal 2 spoon


  1. Heat some oil in a pan. Once heated, add mustard seeds, hing, urad dal and curry leaves followed by the dry red chilly.
  2. When urad daal change colour add raw mango ,coconut and mix properly.
  3. Add the boiled chick peas, salt and mix. Cover the lid for 5 minutes and cook on a low flame.
  4. Check for seasoning and serve hot.
