Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cup rice
  2. Onion 2-3
  3. Tomato 3
  4. 8 to 10 black pepper
  5. 6 to 8 cloves
  6. 2 star flowers
  7. 1 tej pata
  8. 2 pods cinnamon
  9. 1 spn jeera
  10. 3 spn haldi or as u want
  11. 3 spn dhaniya
  12. 2 spn laal mirch
  13. Salt as taste
  14. Water 4 cup
  15. Vegetables,cauliflower,beans,aloo
  16. Peas,carrot,paneer,soya chunks.

Instructions

  1. Cut all the vegetables.wash them and rinse. Now take the rice wash them well and keep aside.
  2. Now take a woak add oil ,now heat the oil,add the onion cook it till it's colour change to pink. Now add tomato and cook it till it mashes,now add bit salt to make it quick.
  3. Now add the veggies to it and cook them till they are tendered.cook them for atleast 20 min..Now take another pan add water and add rice to it and cook it to half.then them and keep aside. 7. Now add some water to veggies and cook them for more 10 min.
  4. Now add half cooked rice to veggies and water to woak and cover it and cook till rice cooked and veggies will get soft. Add green chillies 6 to 8 in rice ,don't cut the chillies put them without cutting.
  5. Now sim the gas and cover the woak with lid and give dum to rice pulao for 15 min . Now your veggies pulao is ready,garnish it with coriander, annar ke daane se and serve it hot with ghee or dahi or achaar. Whatever u like with pulao.
