Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled and chopped potetos 1 bowl
  2. flattened rice 2 bowl
  3. Tometo 1/2 bowl
  4. Haldi powder pinch of
  5. salt as per taste
  6. Chat masala pinch of
  7. Onion 2 table spoons
  8. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  9. Sugar 2 table spoons
  10. Lemon juice 1tea spoon
  11. Curry leaves 4 / 5
  12. Jira and muster seed 1 tea spoon
  13. Oil 1 table spoon


  1. First take flattened rice. Wash it properly. And at same time strain all water properly.
  2. Now take pan add oil.
  3. Add Jira and muster seeds. Let it crackle.
  4. Now add chopped potetos, curry leaves, haldi powder, chopped tomatoes, , sugar, salt and lemon juice.
  5. Mixed it properly and add flattend rice. Mixed slowly.
  6. Serve with chat masala, chopped onion and coriander leaves.
