Batata Poha.

Ingredients to make Batata Poha.

  • 2 cup flatten rice (Poha)
  • 2 onion
  • 2 boil potatoes.
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 green chilli.
  • 1 cup peanut
  • 1/2cup peas.
  • salt
  • 1/4tsp mustard seeds.
  • 10 kari patta.
  • 1/4tsp red chilli
  • 1/4tsp turmeric
  • 4 tsp oil.

How to make Batata Poha.

  1. Wash poha in a strainer.
  2. Keep aside.
  3. Heat oil
  4. Add mustard seeds.
  5. Add kari patta.
  6. Put chopp onion
  7. Put all vegies
  8. Stir well.
  9. Cover n simmer till peas cook.
  10. Nw add salt n all masalas.
  11. Add poha.
  12. Mix well.
  13. Add pea nut n stir well.
  14. Eat hot.

My Tip:

U can pour some lemon juice on it.
