Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw mango-3-4midium size
  2. Sugar -1cup
  3. Roasted cumin powder-1teaspn
  4. Mint leaves-5-10
  5. Rock salt/black salt  -1/2 tea spn
  6. Chat massala -1/2 tea spn
  7. Salt -according
  8. lemon slice for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Place the mangoes along with 1&1/2glass water in a pressure and cook for 3-4whistlSimmerfor 10 minutes.Then remove from fire.
  2. Let them cool and then peel the mangoes and get the pulp with the help of a spoon
  3. Grind mango pulp into a smooth paste along with d same water(which we had use to cook mango)&some mint leaves
  4. In a pan take the pulpy mixture, add sugar and let it cook on flame till the sugar dissolves completely now add salt, n some water,bring it to boil n cook for another 1 minute
  5. Stir contistly then off the gas keep aside
  6. Add roasted cumin powder, black salt Let this mixture cool down properly.. u may refrigerate this for 1or 2 hour
  7. To serve the drink : take a glass pour mango mixture Now add finely chopped mint and crushed ice or ice cubes sprinkle some chat massala. Garnish with mint leaves n lemon slice and serve chilled immediately...
