  2. 1/2 cup suji
  3. Ginger, garlic, green chili paste
  4. Turmeric
  5. Salt
  6. 250 GM curd
  7. oil
  8. Eno half pouch
  9. Sugar half tea spoon
  10. Tadka -
  11. Mustard one tea spoon
  12. Hing one pinch
  13. Cury patta
  14. Green chili
  15. Red chilli powder a pinch

Instructions

  1. Besan Mai salt, garlic paste, turmeric two pinch ,add 250 gm curd mix Kare ab water add Kare idli ke better ki jaisa taiyar kare 30 min. Ke liye rhne de,
  2. After 30 min. Add Suji ,sugar mix well oil 2-3 table spoon dale half pouch eno add Kare mix it very well
