Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. For chhole....Chhole 100gm
  2. Boiled potato..1
  3. Tamarind juice 4 spn
  4. Onion...1
  5. Ginger garlic paste...1 spn
  6. Tomato paste...1
  7. Red chilli powder
  8. Garam masala powder...1 spn
  9. For Sandwich...
  10. Bread slice...2
  11. Cheese slice...2
  12. butter


  1. Make chhole first...Heat oil & fry the masala
  2. Add boiled chhole & potato.Add some hot water..Cover it & cook it well
  3. Add coriander leaves & make almost a dry gravy of it.
  4. Take brown bread slice , apply butter on it.
  5. Add some chhole on the bread & put 1 cheese slice on it
  6. Put another bread slice on it & add 1 more cheese slice over it.
  7. Microwave it for 2 mins.
