This is an easy halwa made with kerala banana (Nenthra pazham).This is so tasty and healthy. If we add ghee also the ghee will come out from the halwa at the last stage of cooking. Kids will love this. If we make this in 'uruli' this will get a dark brown color as I cooked in a non stick vessel this has got a golden color but the taste was too good.
Does we add raw banana or ready banana
Can we use simple banana the long one of north india
