It often happens that there are unused rotis that were made for night and we generally throw them away, so instead of wasting food, we can give this a new twist and make it delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Roti 5
  2. Curd -1 cup
  3. Curry leaves - 10
  4. Asafoetida [1 pinch]
  5. Cumin seeds -1 tsp
  6. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  7. Green chillies - 2
  8. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. salt
  10. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  12. water 1 cup
  13. Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a kadhai, add the curry leaves along with mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Add the asafoetida.
  2. Now add the powdered masalas along with the salt. Cook for sometime and then add wtare. Once the water boils, add the pieces of rotis.
  3. then add the curd which should be whisked well. Check for salt and serve hot with some rice on the side.
