Ingredients to make Cheesy spinach balls

  • spinach puree 1/2 cup
  • Bread crums 1/2 cup
  • Mozrilla cheese 1/2 cup
  • onion 1/4 cup
  • garlic 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oregeno 1/2 tsp
  • red chilly 1/2 tsp
  • oil for deep fry

How to make Cheesy spinach balls

  1. Rinse spinach in cold running water
  2. Chop & Blend the spinach leaves
  3. Blend the bread pieces and mix the same with chopped spinach leaves
  4. Grate the mozzarella cheese, add chopped onions & garlic to grated cheese. Add some oregano and red chilli in the cheese mixture
  5. Add salt & black pepper to bread and spinach mixture
  6. Spread some refined oil on your palm and gently press the spinach dough with palm
  7. Stuff the cheese mixture in the spinach dough mixture
  8. Roll the spinach mixture with stuffing in round balls
  9. Deep fry the above balls till they turn brown.
  10. Serve hot with mint sauce.
