Ingredients to make Cauliflower cheese paratha with rajkot style chutney

  • Ingredients for paratha dough
  • 2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 Tsp asafoetida
  • water as per required
  • Ingredients for stuffing
  • 100 gm cauliflower ( finely washed and grated)
  • 2 cubes cheese ( grated)
  • Hand full finely chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp ginger-chilli paste
  • salt to taste
  • Ghee/ butter for roasting
  • Ingredients for rajkot special chutney
  • 100gm ground nuts
  • 8 green chilli
  • 4 lemons ( juice)
  • 1/2tbsp asafoetida
  • 1tsp turmeric powder
  • salt to taste

How to make Cauliflower cheese paratha with rajkot style chutney

  1. Take a bowl an add all ingredients that are mentioned in the dough ingredients.
  2. Add water and make very soft dough
  3. Knead it with little oil.
  4. Now grate cauliflower n cheese .
  5. Add salt, coriander, ginger chilli paste.
  6. Mix it well. Stuffing is ready.
  7. Now divide dough into 10 equal part. And make ball like shape.
  8. Take 1 ball of dough and roll it little and put 1 tbsp stuffing on it.
  9. Close it from all sides.
  10. Sprinkle dry floor and roll it like thick chapati.
  11. Roast it with butter/ ghee .
  12. Prepare all parathas using same method.
  13. For chutney take mixi bowl and add all ingredients that are mentioned in Rajkot style chutney.
  14. Grind it without water and make fine paste.
  15. This chutney can be store for 2 months in fridge.
  16. Serve cauliflower cheese parata with Rajkot type chutney.
