Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ingredients for paratha dough
  2. 2 cup wheat flour
  3. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  4. 2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1 tbsp oil
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/4 Tsp Asafoetida
  8. Water as per required
  9. Ingredients for stuffing
  10. 100 gm cauliflower ( finely washed and grated)
  11. 2 cubes cheese ( grated)
  12. Hand full finely chopped coriander
  13. 1 tsp ginger-chilli paste
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Ghee/ butter for roasting
  16. Ingredients for rajkot special chutney
  17. 100gm ground nuts
  18. 8 green chilli
  19. 4 lemons ( juice)
  20. 1/2tbsp asafoetida
  21. 1tsp turmeric powder
  22. Salt to taste


  1. Take a bowl an add all ingredients that are mentioned in the dough ingredients.
  2. Add water and make very soft dough
  3. Knead it with little oil.
  4. Now grate cauliflower n cheese .
  5. Add salt, coriander, ginger chilli paste.
  6. Mix it well. Stuffing is ready.
  7. Now divide dough into 10 equal part. And make ball like shape.
  8. Take 1 ball of dough and roll it little and put 1 tbsp stuffing on it.
  9. Close it from all sides.
  10. Sprinkle dry floor and roll it like thick chapati.
  11. Roast it with butter/ ghee .
  12. Prepare all parathas using same method.
  13. For chutney take mixi bowl and add all ingredients that are mentioned in Rajkot style chutney.
  14. Grind it without water and make fine paste.
  15. This chutney can be store for 2 months in fridge.
  16. Serve cauliflower cheese parata with Rajkot type chutney.

Wow .. Yummy.. Please tell in groundnut chutney groundnut should be roasted or use as raw..
