Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour-2cup
  2. Tofu-1cup mashed
  3. green chill in-2chopped
  4. Garam masala-1/4tsp
  5. Corriander leaves or curry leaves
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for roasting Pratha


  1. knead wheat flour with water and keep aside for 15 minutes
  2. Sauté tofu in pan for 2-3minutes to dry it
  3. Add corriander/curry leaves,green chilli ,salt and garam masa
  4. mix it well
  5. Make two small balls of flour as roll on rolling pin.
  6. Take one chapati spread tofu mixture on it.
  7. Cover with other chapati.
  8. Roll it again to 1/4 inch thickness.
  9. Heat tawa apply little oil and roast this pratha.
  10. Flip other side roast with applying little oil.
  11. Eat with curd or butter.
