Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 800 gms crusty bread loaf
  2. 250 gms grated bowl mozzarella cheese
  3. 1 small bowl chopped parsley
  4. 1 medium bowl olive oil
  5. 25-30 garlic cloves
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  8. 1 tsp Oregano

  1. Cut the bread loaf upto 3/4th of its height diagonally to get 1 inch cubes...all the cubes will be attached from the base.
  2. In a blender grind parsley, garlic, olive oil, oregano, peppers and salt. Use salt in moderation as cheese and bread both have salt into it.
  3. Now apply this grinded paste into the groves of the slit bread. Apply it nicely...give it a gentle massage so that bread soaks the paste well. Apply some paste on the top too.
  4. Now stuff the mozzarella cheese in to the groves of the bread...stuff it in good quantity...of course it depends on your desired taste and preference. but it should not be too less to loose its taste.
  5. Now place an aluminium foil on a baking tray so that the bread can be easily covered upto 1/2 of its length from below. When the foil is brought together from the sides. Take another foil cover the bread from the top... the bread should be fully covered...
  6. Now bake this bread in a pre heated oven at 200 degree Celsius for 5 mins. Then remove the upper foil reduce the temperature to 180 degree Celsius and bake again for another 5 mins...
  7. Tasty cheesy pull apart garlic bread is ready to serve....
