Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For Green Dough: 2 cups wheat flour
  2. 1 cup peas puree
  3. 1/ 2 tsp red chilli powder
  4. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  5. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  6. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 2 tbsp oil for moyan
  8. For Red Dough: 2 cups wheat flour,
  9. 1 cup tomato puree
  10. 1/ 2 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  12. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  13. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  14. 2 tbsp oil for moyan
  15. salt to taste
  16. For Stuffing: 1 cup boiled peas
  17. 1/4 cup boiled cauliflower
  18. 1 Tomato chopped
  19. 1 spring onion chopped
  20. 3 medium size Boiled Potatoes
  21. 1 tbsp cumin seeds and salt to taste
  22. 1/ 2 tsp coriander powder
  23. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  24. 1/4 tsp chat masala
  25. 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  26. 1/2 to 3/4 tsp red chilli powder
  27. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  28. 1 tsp green chilli sauce
  29. 1/2 tsp red chilli sauce
  30. For Double Decker Paratha Assembling: 4 tbsp Stuffing
  31. 1/2 cup Grated cheese
  32. 2 tbsp butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. For Green Dough: Mix flour, masalas, oil together .
  2. Than add peas puree and mix well .
  3. Now add salt to taste and water to make a dough. The green dough is ready.
  4. For Red Dough: Same process as green dough only instead of peas puree, use tomato puree.
  5. For Stuffing: Take pan and add oil. , ,
  6. Add cumin seeds and as it crackles, add spring onions and saute
  7. Add tomatoes and saute.
  8. Now add cauliflower , peas than potatoes and mix well.
  9. Add all spices and both sauces and mix well. saute properly and the stuffing is ready.
  10. For Making 2 Colour Healthy Roti: Take a small ball of peas dough and a small ball of tomato dough, round them together to make a ball and roll it out and make roti.
  11. Now cook it on tawa and yummy 2 colour healthy roti is ready.
  12. Assemblimg Double Decker Paratha: Take 1 roti and keep it on a plate, add stuffing on full roti, add grated cheese, sprinkle chat masala on it, now put another roti on it.
  13. Now take dosa tava and put butter on it .Put double decker paratha on it and cook covered with lid for 1 to 2 minutes. Now turn the paratha and again,cover and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  14. Yummy Double Decker Healthy Paratha is Ready.
