This is very delicious corn dish usually made in rainy session

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Corn 4-5
  2. Onion 2 medium size
  3. Green chillies 2-3
  4. Coriander hand full
  5. curry leaves
  6. Oil 4-5 spoon
  7. Cumin seeds 1/2 spoon
  8. turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  9. Salt
  10. dry mango powder
  11. Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Grate the corn.
  2. Chop the onion and green chilies.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, after it crackles add onion , chilli ,curry leaves.
  4. Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder
  5. Now add grated corn and mix well
  6. Add salt and other spices as you like .
  7. Cook it for 20 min with covered pan.
  8. When it becomes non sticky, this is ready.
  9. Garnish with coriander and serve with lemon juice
