Quesadilla is a mexican dish . Made from tortilla . I made wheat flour tortilla with spinach paste .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 2 cup
  2. 1 big cup Spinach
  3. Oil 2 tsp +1/2tbsp
  4. Butter 2 tbsp
  5. Chopped capsicum 1/2cup
  6. Chopped carrot 1/2cup
  7. Chopped french beans 1/2cup
  8. Chopped onion 1/4cup
  9. Sweet corn kernels 1/2cup
  10. Chopped green Chilli 2
  11. Black pepper 1/2tsp
  12. Red chilli powder 1/4tsp
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Cheese slice 4


  1. Blanch the spinach and then in a grinder make fine paste .
  2. Now take wheat flour add salt and 2tsp oil mix them and make dough from spinach paste . Cover the dough and keep aside for 15 mins
  3. Now take a wok on medium flame. put 1/2 tbsp oil in it and heat it now put all chopped vegetables and green chilli , black pepper,red chilli powder ,and salt mix it and cook .
  4. Now take dough make 4 equal size balls and make chapati ,
  5. Heat the griddle put a chapati on griddle after 1min flip it and roast 30 sec. not roast fully make raw chapati ..make all tortilla like this
  6. Put all tortilla is a muslin cloth and cover ..
  7. When you want to eat or serve quesadilla .. heat the griddle on medium flame put a tortilla on it when the brown spots comes flip it
  8. Now spread cooked veggies on half part of tortilla and then put cheese slice and then cover with the other half side
  9. Now apply butter on it .. and roast both side on slow flame .
  10. Quesadilla is ready. serve hot .
