Its a simple continental fish dish which is mouthwatering.Red wine gives it a different unique taste.You can serve it in any dinner party with noodles,rice or bread.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For frying salmon:
  2. Boneless salmon cube-300 gram
  3. Egg-1 piece
  4. Cornflour-4 tablespoon
  5. Black pepper crushed-1/2 tablespoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Oil for frying
  8. For sauce,
  9. Red Wine-3/4 cup
  10. Black pepper crushed-1 tablespoon
  11. Red chilli powder-1/2 teaspoon
  12. Garlic finely chopped-2 tablespoon
  13. Grated ginger-1.5 teaspoon
  14. Chopped parsley-2 tablespoon
  15. Chopped cilantro-2 tablespoon
  16. Lemon juice-2 tablespoon
  17. Lemon zest-1 teaspoon
  18. Olive oil-1 tablespoon
  19. Butter-5 tablespoon
  20. Cornflour-1 tablespoon
  21. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take the washed salmon cubes and pat dry it with kitchen towel.
  2. Now take egg in mixing bowl,add cornflour, black pepper crushed, salt to taste in it.Give it a good mix.
  3. Now marinate the fish with it and leave it for 15 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a pan in medium flame.
  5. Deep fry the salmon until golden brown.
  6. Transfer into a tissue paper so that extra oil will be soaked.
  7. Take olive oil in another pan in medium heat.
  8. Add garlic in it.Saute for a minute.
  9. Add ginger and saute it for 1-2 minutes.
  10. Add butter in it.Let it melt.
  11. Pour the red wine in it.Bring it to boil.
  12. Season with salt,red pepper and black pepper.
  13. Add fried salmom cubes.Cover it for couple of minutes.
  14. Now add chopped cilantro, parsley, lemon zest and lemon juice one by one.If required you can add little hot water.
  15. Again cover it for a minute in medium flame.
  16. Now dilute cornflour in little water and add it to pan.
  17. Stir it well so that it will mix to the gravy properly. Switch off the flame.
  18. Enjoy it hot with rice or noodles.
