Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Soya chunks 2 cups
  2. For red chilli garlic sauce-
  3. Oil 1 tbsp
  4. 3 tbsp red chilli paste
  5. 1/2 cup water
  6. 1 tsp soya sauce
  7. Salt to taste
  8. 2 tsp pepper powder
  9. 1 tbsp sugar
  10. 1 tbsp vinegar
  11. 1 tbsp red chilli sauce
  12. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  13. 1/2 capscicum chopped in juliens
  14. Chopped coriander leaves


  1. Soak soya chunks in water until it puffs up and then drain the water.
  2. Deep fry the soya chunks in hot oil.
  3. And keep crispy ready.
  4. Make the sauce by adding all ingredients and cooking for 10-15 min.
  5. Add capsicum juliens in sauce.
  6. Add soya chunks in sauce and toss it.
  7. Add in chopped coriander and mix.
  8. Remove and serve.
