Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup mixed bell pepper chopped
  2. 1 cup mushroom halved
  3. 1/2 cup broccoli cut
  4. 1/2 cup onion sliced
  5. 15 cloves garlic chopped
  6. 1 tsp soya sauce
  7. 1 tsp vinegar
  8. 1 tsp red chilli sauce
  9. 1 tsp green chilli sauce
  10. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Pepper powder 2 tsp
  13. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  14. 1 tbsp corn flour dissolved in 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a pan few drop of oil. Saute the mushroom. Season with salt n pepper. Keep aside once its soft
  2. In same pan saute broccoli and bell pepper. Season with salt n pepper. Keep aside
  3. Add 1 tbsp oil in pan. Add chopped garlic and ginger. Once garlic are fried add onion. Cook till translucent. Now add the sauces. Simmer for 2 min.
  4. Now add 1 to 2 cup water. Add salt and pepper. Simmer for 3 min.
  5. Add sauted vegies. Mix well. Add the corn flour mixure. Stir. Cook till desired consistency.
  6. Serve.
