Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1cup corn flour
  2. Sugar -2cup
  3. 3-4 drops red food colour
  4. 2 tsp lime juice
  5. 4 tbs ghee or as required
  6. 60 gm almonds fine chopped
  7. 50 grms cashew fine chopped

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the sugar in 3 cups of water. Stir and boil for 5 minutes
  2. Mix Corn flour powder with sugar syrup
  3. Now add 2 cups water to make a thin paste
  4. Cook it on low flame stirring constantly, until the mixture turns into -less lump
  5. Add lime juice..Stir away..now When the mixture sticks to the base of the pan, add 2 tbsp ghee
  6. Repeat this step until the mixture becomes a lump n sticky again
  7. Add fine choPped nuts n 3-4 drops of edible red colur mix well & pour into a greased plate or container. Smooth down with a greased spoon. Allow to cool
  8. Cut into squares and serve cool
