Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer- 200gm
  2. Condensed milk -100 gm
  3. Green cardamoms -4
  4. Rose water -1tsp
  5. Kesar for garnishing
  6. Mishri daana - 2tsp

Instructions

  1. First of all we crushed the paneer in a mixer jar .
  2. Now we will take a fry pan .
  3. Now we put the crushed panner and condensed milk in it and stir continue.
  4. When the whole moisture disappear and the paneer and condensed milk mix well we continue to move on the slow flam .
  5. Now we add green cardamoms and rose water in it and mix it well .
  6. Now it will be completely cool then we add mishri daana in it and now bind the ladoo in round shape.
  7. Garnish the ladoo with kesar.
  8. Now malai ladoo is ready .
  9. Condensed milk recepie:-
  10. First of all we take a heavy bottom pot .
  11. Now we put milk in pot and boiled it .
  12. After boilng milk we add sugar and baking soda in it and stir continually until it will becomes thick and up to one taar between. First finger and thumb .
  13. Now condensed milk is ready.
