Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Sugar 100 gm
  2. Milk 500 ml
  3. Coconut powder 150 gm
  4. Ghee 1 tsp
  5. Almonds 10
  6. Cardamom powder 5 gm


  1. Take a pan/kadhai, add in the milk, elaichi powder and chironji.
  2. When the milk starts boiling, sim the burner for the next 5-10 mins till the milk becomes thick and changes color.
  3. Add coconut powder/ burada in it and mix it properly with the condensed milk. Then add the sugar and mix it continuously till the mixture becomes thick and light brown in colour.
  4. Allow it to come to room temperature. Make 20 equal portions and make the ladoos.
  5. Garnish it with coconut powder and almonds.
