  • 1-cup boil rice
  • beetroot juice -5 spoon
  • green chutney-5 spoon
  • jeera-1 spoon
  • garlic powder-2 spoon ( garlic paste)
  • ghee-3 spoon
  • salad(carrot-1/2, cucumber, 1/2beetroot-1/2, )
  • yogurt-1 cup
  • 3-spoon sugar
  • red color-3 drops
  • green color -3 drops

How to make Tiranga jeera garlic rice with salad and colorful yogurt

  1. Take first one microwave bowl add rice , water and add salt , 1-spoon ghee cook well
  2. Microwave put on 18 mints rice ready
  3. Take one pan add ghee , jeera garlic powder,( paste) add boil rice add salt mix well jeera rice ready
  4. Now add red beetroot juice for red rice
  5. Green chutney: Take one mixture jar add coriander leaves 1/2-cup,1-green chili, salt, garlic, ginger peat-1 spoon, lemon juice 1-spoon green chili-1blend in mixture make smooth paste)
  6. Add green chutney to the rice. Mix to make green rice.
  7. Colorful yogurt-1cup yogurt, 3-spoon sugar do it three parts one part plan white second part you can add red color make red yogurt, third part you can add green color make green yogurt
  8. Cut salad and garnish
