Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For veg balls:
  2. 1 packet Maggi
  3. 1.5 cups water ( for boiling maggi)
  4. 1 cup grated carrot
  5. 1/2 cup spinach (chopped)
  6. 1/2 cup capsicum ( chopped)
  7. 1/2 cup cauliflower ( grated)
  8. 2 tablespoon all purpose flour
  9. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  10. 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  11. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  12. 2 teaspoon salt
  13. Oil ( for deep frying)
  14. For sauce:
  15. 2 cups tomatoes (chopped)
  16. 1 teaspoon corn flour
  17. 1 Teaspoon oil
  18. 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  19. 2 tablespoon water
  20. 1 teaspoon sugar
  21. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  22. 1 Cup water
  23. 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Boil maggi with water. Add all the veggies in a bowl along with boiled maggi.
  2. Add all the masala in it required for making balls.
  3. Add all purpose flour and mix well.
  4. Make balls from the mixture
  5. Heat oil for frying in a wok.
  6. When oil gets heated, deep fry the balls and take it out on tissue paper
  7. For making sauce, heat oil in a pan.
  8. Add tomatoes and saute.
  9. Add red chilli powder and salt.
  10. Add vinegar.
  11. Mix cornflour with 2 tablespoon water and all to tomatoes.
  12. Add 2 cups water and simmer tge gas. Let the sauce thickens.
  13. When it gets thick, switch off the gas. Let it cool down.
  14. Serve balls with hot and sweet sauce.
