Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chicken Chorizos 6 long pieces
  2. Onion 1 large
  3. Red Bell Pepper 1 small
  4. Yellow Bell Pepper 1 small
  5. Chopped Cilantro 4 tablespoon
  6. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Soy sauce 2 tablespoon
  9. Olive oil 4 tablespoon
  10. Cornflour 3 tablespoon
  11. Hot and sweet sauce (Maggi) 2 tablespoon
  12. Chilli flakes 1 tablespoon
  13. 5 spice powder/Mixed herbs 2 teaspoon


  1. Cut the chorizos in elongated pieces and the onions bell peppers into dices.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and saute the chorizos and remove when golden brown.
  3. In the same pan with oil stir fry the onions and bell peppers for 3 mintues.
  4. Add all the spices along with chorizos to the pan and mix on low heat.
  5. Take cornflour with little water, mix and add to the pan.
  6. Add tomato sauce and soy sauce to the pan and mix lightly till everything is coated.
  7. Remove from fire, adjust the seasoning and serve in a bowl garnished with cilantro.
  8. Chorizos are served as a side dish at dinner or as an appetiser.
