Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats- 2 cup
  2. Honey 1/2 cup
  3. Mix dry fruits powder 1/2cup
  4. Cardomom powder 1/2 spoon
  5. Milk 1 tbspn (optional)
  6. Grated jaggery 1/2 cup
  7. Desi ghee 4 tbspn
  8. Mumre ka powder 1 /2 cup
  9. Coco powder 2 tbspn(optional)
  10. Sugar 1/2 tbspn

Instructions

  1. Take a pan , dry roast plain oats till the color change and a nice smell of roasting. Keep aside. In the same pan melt jaggery in desi ghee .
  2. Take a bowl add roasted oats , mumre powder , mix dry fruits powder as per our choice , honey . Mix it finely with spatula .
  3. Add Coco powder , melt jaggery and ghee( quantity as per need) cardomom powder into the mixture very finely.
  4. Add sugar Into it for crunchiness . If it will bind easily you may make balls and if not you Can add some milk as per shape of ball to bind in a perfect round shape. Make balls or laddoos .
  5. Set all laddoos or balls in refrigerator for five minutes . You can also roll it with dessicated coconut powder I dont add . Plate it with some fried Pakodas , as snacks .
