Italian dessert Pannacotta in classic flavour of figs and honey.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1/2 cup-milk.
  2. 1/2 cup - Amul fresh cream.
  3. 25ml - condensed milk.
  4. 25ml - honey
  5. 2 - dry figs , chopped in small pieces.
  6. 1/8th teaspoon - agar agar powder.
  7. For topping:
  8. 1 -fresh fig ,cut in four quarters.
  9. 1 teaspoon- honey.


  1. Soak the chopped dry figs in 25ml honey for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix milk, fresh cream, condensed milk,agar agar powder in a thick bottomed vessel,add soaked figs .
  3. Heat this mixture on low flame , stirring continuously.
  4. Once it comes to boil ,take it off the heat.
  5. Pour in the desired bowls or shot glasses and let it cool.
  6. Once cold , refrigerate it .
  7. Just before serving , top the set pannacotta with quarters of figs .
  8. Drizzle honey on the fresh fig and serve.
